Our services

Nexus provides AI-powered customer communication, appointment scheduling, and business-growth software. We help businesses send appointment confirmations, reminders, account notifications, and one-to-one replies to customers who have opted in.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully, to message only recipients who have provided valid consent, and not to use the services to send prohibited, deceptive, or unsolicited content.

Messaging & consent

Text messages are sent only to recipients who opt in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
